Current "Annatel" customers can join Golan Telecom at this stage through the plans we offer now with a new 058 number only.
Yes, in accordance with the Number Portability regulations you may switch Carriers, join us and keep your current cellular number.
Please note: Don't disconnect from your current cellular provider yourself, or else you will lose your current number.
We will take care of transferring your current number for you.
Yes! Prepaid customers (BigTalk, Talkman, Talk&Go) can keep their cell phone number and transfer it to Golan Telecom!

You tried porting your number and did not receive the confirmation SMS?
Your handset may be blocked to receiving SMS.
In order to receive the verification code please select the additional option in the website: "Receive verification code by voice call".
You will receive a call from Golan Telecom with an audio verification code- enter the verification code and continue the process.
If you are not receiving the verification code, it is possible that there is a mismatch between the details you had provided and the ownership record of the number you are requesting to port. Please verify that the requested number to be ported is registered in your name and that the personal details you have provided are correct.
Yes, your phone will continue working on your current cellular carrier's network until you receive our Sim Card and activate it.
Yes- to Paltel, Jawwal and Watannia. Following are the tariffs for calling these networks:
Jawwal (059): NIS0.90 minute. Charging is per 1 second segments.
Paltel (022,042,082, 092): NIS0.90 per minute. Charging is per 1 second segments.
Watannia (056): NIS0.90 per minute. Charging is per 1 second segments.
Tariffs include VAT.
Yes, Golan Telecom offers a "Kosher" Sim. The "Kosher" Sim blocks content services, internet surfing, text messages and numbers that the Rabbinical Telecom Committee has banned. The "Kosher" Sim will only work with a compatible "Kosher" handset, so you must verify before purchasing that you are holding a compatible phone. When ordering a "Kosher" sim from Golan Telecom, if you are ordering a new number, all you need to do is to select the "Kosher" line option and the system will produce the "Kosher" sim for you.
If you are porting your number from a different carrier providing you "Kosher" service, the system wil identify the other carrier's "Kosher" status and will produce a new Golan Telecom "Kosher" sim.
If you requested that the cost of your device be divided and there are still a number of payments remaining, you will continue paying the same amount every month even after joining Golan Telecom. You will not have to pay the remaining amount in one payment.
When you purchase a device and request payments, the division of the cost to payments is done by the credit card company and not by the company from which the device was purchased. Therefor, switching cellular providers will not affect the remaining payments.
No. Golan Telecom does not have an option to join new customers or new handsets to the 2G network.
No, we currently do not offer a dual SIM option.

Please note, payment by credit card is available only for registering up to one customer account per foreign credit card, up to 6 lines per one customer account number.
The system will acept payment by foreign credit card from the following countries only:

Yes. Please note the change will take place at the 15th of the month, the next billing cut off date.
So if you change your plan on the 10th of the month, you will continue using the current Plan you have until your new Plan takes place on the 15th of the month.
To change your Bill Plan:

- Click on "Changes & Actions" next to the relevant line
- You have reached the relevant page- Select the Plan you want to change to.
With Golan Telecom, you are free from any commitment and you can freely terminate your subscription at any time. Unlike other operators, termination does not require you to wait for hours to reach a customer service agent, and to convince him about your decision . You can simply do it from your subscriber account ("My Account") on our website www.golantelecom.co.il, by printing the termination form located there and signing it. Termination will be effective at the end of the month following the reception of the form.
If you want to add another subscription package (with another SIM card), you simply go to you subscriber account ("My Account"). Here are the steps to follow:

- click on the "Customer Details" tab and then on "Add a Line"
Please note that up to 6 lines are available per subscriber's account; If you want more than 6 lines, please create a new subscriber account.
