How do i add a SIM card / service package / number?

If you want to add another subscription package (with another SIM card), you simply go to you subscriber account ("My Account"). Here are the steps to follow:

  • Please Go to www.golantelecom.co.il and click on "My Account"
  • Login using your username (customer number on website) and password (you received those by email following your registration)
  • click on the "Customer Details" tab and then on "Add a Line"

Please note that up to 6 lines are available per subscriber's account; If you want more than 6 lines, please create a new subscriber account.

Can I switch between the Golan Telecom Plans?

Yes. Please note the change will take place at the 15th of the month, the next billing cut off date.
So if you change your plan on the 10th of the month, you will continue using the current Plan you have until your new Plan takes place on the 15th of the month. 
To change your Bill Plan:

  • Enter My Account
  • Enter My Phone Lines
  • Click on "Changes & Actions" next to the relevant line
  • You have reached the relevant page- Select the Plan you want to change to.

What is retroactive plan switching?

Switching between plan is possible. Retroactive plan switching enables you to beneift from transferring to the Golan Telecom Plan without waiting for the next invoice.
You may switch the plannow and it will become effective retoractively to the beginning of the billing cycle. Your usage up to the moment of switching the plan sine the previous billing cycle (the 15th of the month) shall be recalculated based on the terms of the plan you are switching to.

How do I cancel the transaction?

  • Enter our website at www.golantelecom.co.il
  • Click on My Account (upper left)
  • Enter the Login screen and enter your ID: Customer Number and Password that were emailed to you when you joined Golan Telecom (If you are entering for the first time, please change your Password).
  • Select the Orders Tracking tab.
  • If your Sim Card has not yet been sent to you the "Line Cancellation" option will appear- click to cancel the line.
  • Please note that making this selection will cancel the line and the phone number you had chosen will not be reserved for you/ or your number porting will not be activated.
  • If your Sim Card has already been sent to you by mail- the Line Disconnection Option will appear- select it and download the Disconnection Form and send it to us via Certified Mail.

Dial an unidentified call via 43 *

Dial-up service in unidentified call *43 involves a payment of 1.90 NIS. Most devices have a one-time identification blocking option through the device without charge, by entering code # 31 #. This option is the responsibility of the device manufacturer.

Managing the services of my Golan Telecom number (including termination)

In your subscriber account ("My Account"), you can directly manage all services related to your subscription without any need to contact the Customer Service center. You can enable / disable many services including:

Basic telephone services:

  • Voicemail
  • ConferenceCall
  • Caller ID

Services in Israel:

  • Block calls to 1900/1901 premium numbers
  • Block calls to 1919 premium numbers
  • Block outgoing SMS
  • Block outgoing MMS
  • Block data usage / internet access
  • Block premium content
  • Block calls to content services

Services while abroad (International Roaming):

  • Enable/disable international roaming calls (call functionality abroad)
  • Enable/disable data roaming (data / internet access abroad)

International LongDistance services (from Israel to International destinations):

  • SMS outgoing to an international number
  • MMS outgoing to an international number
  • Calls to an international number

To manage your services:

  • Please Go to www.golantelecom.co.il and click on "My Account"
  • Login using your username (customer number on website) and password (you received those by email following your registration)
  • Select "my lines" tab
  • Click on the"setting & changes" for the number to manage.
  • You can then chose your services

If you decide to terminate your subscription:

  • Please Go to www.golantelecom.co.il and click on "My Account"
  • Login using your username (customer number on website) and password (you received those by email following your registration)
  • Select "my lines" tab and then "setting & changes"
  • click on "line disconnection"
  • Please print the termination form, sign it and send it to Golan Telecom.
  • Termination will be effective at the end of the monthly billing cycle (the 24 of the month).

Three options to access your voice mailbox:

  • Long press on the number 1
  • Dial *151 and "send"
  • Dial 058-7770151

Then follow the system's instructions.

Charging for voice mail air time usage: According to the Plan you selected.

Entering the voice mail from different devices:
Dial 151 before the number destination (with no 0 before)
Example: to get to the voice mail for number : 058-6006006
Dial: 151586006006
Then you continue by the calling guide.
Calling price depends on the plan you have.

Tip: We recommend that you change your voice mail's password, to protect your privacy.
To change the password you need to go into the voice mail's menu >> choose extra actions >> choose the option to change your secret code.

How do i find and print the General Terms of Sale (GTS)?

If you wish to read and / or print the General Terms of Sale, you simply go to your subscriber account ("My Account").

Here are the steps to follow:
- Please Go to www.golantelecom.co.il and click on "my account"

- Login using your username (customer number on website) and password (you received those by email following your registration).

- You have reached the correct page the General Terms of Sale (GTS) is enclosed. In accordance with current regulation, this document is in Hebrew.

The purchase of bandwidth is possible in several ways:

You may purchase permanent addition of surfing bandwidth or "One Time" also when subscribing for a new line.
