• The cost of switching a plan, a promotion or a tariff basket to another is subject to the terms and conditions as specified in the "Promotion's Details" form.
• You are subscribed to an International carrier: Golan Telecom (016) to make a call please dial "00" or "+". Dialing through a different International Long Distance Provider is not included
• The tariffs are in NIS per minute (including VAT). Charging units are per second.
• Call to Israeli networks and to 56 International landlines destinations (U.S and Canada cell phones as well) in the 60 minutes package. Going over the 60 minutes will result in extra costs.
• Calls to premium numbers are not included in the Plan and can be blocked (1-900 : NIS0.5 per minute; 1-901: up to NIS2.52 per minute; 1-919: 1.02nis/minute)
• Tariffs to Palestinian Networks: Jawwal (059): NIS 0.90 per minute. Paltel (022,042,082, 092): NIS 0.90 per minute. Watannia (056): NIS 0.90 per minute. Charging is per 1 second segments. Tariffs include VAT.
• SMS/MMS Premium/Content not in cluded in the plan. Tariff subject to content provider.
• Calling the Customer Service *0058 from a Golan Telecom handset only, is a free call.
• Calls to the Home Front Command (104), ERAN (1201), Rape Crisis Hotline for Women (1202) and Rape Crisis Hotline for Men (1203) from Golan Telecom are free of charge.
• The service involves a payment of 1.90 NIS.  Most devices have a one-time identification blocking option through the device without charge, by entering code # 31 #. This option is the responsibility of the device manufacturer.
• Collection procedures: NIS69 per case. If a lawyer is required: NIS249 (charges are in addition to the outstanding unpaid debt and any additional collection costs, if any)
• The cost of one text messaging unit to fixed line numbers in Israel is NIS0.35 including VAT.
• Due to the time zone difference between Israel and the country in which you are present, cgarges for the surfing plan may be considered as an extra day or vis versa.
• Secondary SIM / Car SIM NIS5.90 per month.

• Tariffs may change from time to time (because of foreign Carriers and rates of exchange).
• The call to Golan Telecom's Customers Service Center from abroad 972-58-5555858 from your Golan Telecom mobile phone only is FREE
